He was talking about Ukraine order and how that was not paid for by Ukraine. And how charities, UN bodies etc get involved in war zones and providing better care into some regions.
And then gave three charity names as examples that could be good for PNV. And PNV good for their work. Then said something like happening as we speak. So might be PNV approaching them or both.
Makes sense that charities. UN bodies would be interested in saving lives in countries where there is no Gov support.
