Have you seen the website of freelancer.com? boring like hell, no fresh ideas for potential buyers, no ready made scripts, no nothing... same old show as 2 - 4 y ago. The business should move in 20 different directions at the same time but it doesnt.
Management is not evolving with the fast changes.
This is only going to go better if they put a young and dynamic c.e.o (team) on the company with a ton of new ideas to keep buyers and sellers happy... OTHERWISE ITS DYING SLOWLY !!
