Take the example of the move to shift users onto lower cost plans so they aren't sending out spam bids. Matt estimated this reduced revs by $500k a month, but is obviously essential to a long term future. It is very clear evidence to me the owners are looking long term and have extremely strong belief in the business. There are plenty of short term traders here who would rather the 'sugar hit' of higher revenues that can't be sustained.
