Agreed....especially this comment.....“We’ve got to fix the secondary school system, which is an 18th century relic training people for jobs that don’t exist.”

Like it or not, tech is the future. Mainstream society is concerned everything will be taken over by "robots" (and jobs will be lost) but if we want a more productive economy, we have to look "outside the box" and humans to work together with tech.

I have worked in banking for 24 years and over this time I have seen first hand how banks have pushed their staff in order to extract optimal production, but it has gotten to a point where many people are now "burning out". Banks have made record after record profits and this cannot continue......unless we expand the tech (or not pass on the full rate cut to top up profits)!! Other examples less tellers and more digital banking specialists......no lost jobs!!

Adopt this thinking to all industries and we have an exponentially bigger economy! Just need ScoMo and the team to become trailblazers.
