Matt has predicted 15 out of the past 2 economic slowdowns and 20 of the past 4 downturns in the Sydney property market.
He's not wrong, though. We're headed for trouble.
I don't think it's material to FLN. There's always people claiming economic trouble in the first world is somehow magical for FLN, but it reduces demand for outsourcing services (due to contraction of business) and lowers wages at home, so it's not like the US/Australia hits the skids and somehow FLN's profits double.
