My favorite line from this report "Consideration of a recapitalisation after business performance stabilises, or accessing alternative sources of finance." Alternative sources of finance means either private equity or some vulture comes in and does a convertible debt financing that fully dilutes anyone who owns shares, no matter what price you buy at prior to that financing. Been there. Done that.
