Lower bol will flare out in the next few days. If the price stabilises then wait for the SP to enter bol range again then you are safe to jump in. See current bol figures below: In the BIN & ECX examples below I've marked where it is generally safe to jump in, IMO of course... If you play Fib retracement I find that you end up jumping sooner and there might be further lower to go.
