Yep, a buyers dream. Picking this up near the bottom of a -25% loss is a huge steal. Even if it drops further tomorrow, no harm done. I picked up some neat the -20% mark and I plan to top up if it drops a little bit further. Slight over reaction / panic here IMO. The CIM decline was more “justified” and I was burned by that big time. Nothing but opportunity here IMO. Good luck to all.
