The big earnings announcement post-merger is coming soon, this Friday at 10 am. TPG has won every contested case it took on from the merger case to the recent ATO ruling that is favorable to shareholders. Management also kept its word and paid the special divident alongside the usual div. Why would anyone panic and sell this gem right before the first good news of post-merger traffic to tpg?
Impact of TLS on telcos aside, this newly merged company has everything going for it in terms of growth and nice juicey dividends.
