I regret topping up recently, just seems like putting more money down the drain. If they can't even succeed in this environment imagine where the share price will be when the tech bubble burst. In my opinion, our competitors sells the talent they have and they have attracted plenty with the vetting in place, but here it seems to be as long as your can offer the cheapest price then the more the merrier. I have been disappointed by some simple jobs that I have posted (logo design, poster design etc) and seems to get flooded by bids from people that don't bother to even read the description I put up. Really need a big overhaul if they want to turn this around.
