Yes it's comforting that the performance has still been reasonable following some poor weather conditions, which hopefully are improving. Decent dividend but the variable rent is also a bit seasonal so 2H variable will be lower than 1H of fiscal year. Even still, a 10% SP fall over the past few months has made this look quite attractive IMO.
