I’ve been invested in FLN for ages, 5 years or more.oI made a bit of money trading in and out some of my parcel as the stock tends to move up towards results then drift down afterwards.
I’ve made a lot of money in the last 6 months from the move up.
You can read my post before the last quarterly saying the $1m in corporate revenue that was booked too late to hit the December quarter will make the March quarter look extra good.
That will be a gap to fill this week.
Camelcitro made the same point a couple of weeks ago.
I think Tuesday’s numbers will be good, but I think the $1m hole will make the figures look worse than they are.
From past experience, the market reacts to the numbers, not the investor presentation.
So I am out for this quarterly.
If I am right, and the stock gets sold down, it won’t bring me any joy, because I still think it is a good investment.
If I am wrong and it climbs, well, I’ll console myself with gains to date.
