fortunately I didn't buy allot, but yeah I grabbed some before the drop - ouch..

it is investing though because

a) while I don't understand the industry a friend who does told me just grab a bit to finish diversifying your portfolio (haha thanks friend great choice)

b) I will always hold longer then 12 months regardless, even this guy

c) I believe the company can turn around, it has some good fundamentals just needs a new leadership team and either another large deal or drop some staff

... but yeah do you know enough about this company answer my previous questions... I.e who in the company pushed for this deal and yeah is it legal the way it was handled? haha
