Still be good if someone could share like the top 3 mess ups that led to this outcome? like in the end which creative move got them caught?..

I was reading an announcement on jan 22, where they talked about this was really the only choice

paraphrasing allot but ---cashflows from PDLs are realised over 8 years, where our debt facilities are normally 3 years..

changes to our collection approach impacted our NPV

timeframe was bought forward and we needed to reduce the debt position to satisfy lenders..

Do we have an expert who can say what this mean in English?
