The statement on page 18 'interest rate position positively geared - cash held on trust exceeds borrowings' is not one many ASX-listed companies would be able to make. In an environment when contrary to the complacency of the RBA, we are likely (as CBA asserts) to see the first interest rate rise by June 2022, it's probably a good situation for SDF, not that I have accounting quals.
