Hi all - Just wondering if there has been any explanation in regards to the substantial increase in customer acquisition cost in recent times? Is this due to geographic differences / entry in the US market? Does anyone know what the CAC is the USA?
I'm not suggesting a problem, it would be natural for a much larger initial CAC when entering new markets... just hoping for some clarity.
Have they provided an estimated customer lifetime value figure at any stage?
