Is Macquarie compelled to keep owning? Hard to imagine them holding a dog after their initial sell-down.
The history of software businesses that lose their compelling customer proposition is not good. It could go from a growth stock to a turnaround with the attendant write-downs and CR's. It's not there yet but the continuing failure to grow is ominous.
The failure of anyone in the industry to see a hidden gem is also a worry.
This could be an all-time shit show.
