I feel like MAQ won't agree to a sell-out they have enough eyes on them from what already happened, if they happened to agree to a takeover at such a low price and have shareholders just lose the absolute maximum then they would have even more negative attention coming there way.
PS. This only includes takeovers that pay out cash and not stock, also seems like the media isn't hesitating to rip Macquarie apart if the opportunity presents itself.
