Any idea why Resolution #3 did not get carried at the General Meeting earlier today?
What was really contentious about it to get 25% objecting?
Looks like it missed reaching the required 75% by. 0.14%.which translates to around 300k votes.
on that basis, the votes of a handful of retail shareholder could have sent it either way, so at times the votes of small retail shareholders can influence outcomes, rather than not voting because ‘we dont count’
