Hopefully UMG are being properly advised here. Unless there is something material is in the DD they shouldn't budge and should be prepared to walk away. Not great for shareholders wanting to cash out in the short-term, but probably in the best interests of shareholders. You only get to sell once and assets like these, while not totally unique are hard to replicate.
