So, lock in the gains and reinvest at a risk-free rate of around 4.5% or continue to hold.
Dividends are also taxed at a high marginal tax rate even with franking, while capital gains are lightly taxed, if at all if you are a SCV/Temporary resident. QBE still look good, but on balance it was easy to take the money and redeploy.
