Agreed - turnaround is underway. Most lookers will still see the high debt as a concern. I notice that it has increased and at the high (well above industry average) interest rate being charged it is the main reason for the incurring of the current loss. If the loans and the rate were not so high the turnaround would have been a thing of the past. KJ is a persistant and seasoned CEO in this type of business and I have no doubt that he will bring this company back within acceptable loan ratios and consequently profit. In the meantime with the SP currently sitting at NTA and no potential at all factored in I see it as medium risk growth prospect albeit with the need to gain funding at a much lower rate to accelerate that prospect.
