your forgetting about improvement in the margin,. Mngt is targeting high teens but I would say they would be internally pushing for 20% margin.
so on FY 25/26, with $2 billion of sales at circa 20% margin, that’s $400 million of EBiTDA , roughly double today’s numbers. Net profit would be circa $280 million. That would equate to EPS of 38 cents .
Based on previous valuations, this would value the stock at between $11 to $13.
