My own little theory is a lot of games get played with stocks around their updates so I wouldn't be stressing about the drop today. I see it all the time within my portfolio, company releases what you think is a decent report,share price tanks,2-3 days a later a broker releases an update saying "you know what,that report was actually pretty good" and give it an upgrade and share price rebounds. A stock releases a shocker of a quarterly and the share price takes off. Only explanation you can find is some so called expert saying "perhaps the shareholders were expecting even worse" but guarantee,2-3 days later it will plummet
