I spend more time each year understanding their data and their presentation approach than any other two companies that I look at combined.
I note this morning that, despite the result coming out reasonably early, AFR published and commented on the detail much later in the morning and well after many others that were published earlier.
Anyway, this is what they're saying;
So your understanding is correct. They would have reflected a statutory loss without the "discontinued" stuff.
