If you zoom in on one particularly bad 9 month period in TSLA's revenue history, yes, you can find revenue stagnation. 4Q2012 and onwards are essentially a rocketship with a couple mediocre quarters here and there but a very consistent growth story.
You're comparing it to a company that has stagnated revenue for not 9 months but 9 years.
