im still buying here, once their capex for the macadamias peaks in 2025 the rent they receive will be enough to fully cover the divvies, the assets they sell at book value will be used to reduce debt and gearing, and if borrowing costs increase again, than we can increase rents to offset higher interest costs on the debt, they mentioned this in one of their newsletters.
