Looks like the 2025 new student caps are going to be quite restrictive but seems their 2024 intake will keep them going.
I haven't seen any commentary on how 2026 numbers will be allocated but obviously that will represent an effective speed limit on all institutions moving forward.
I'm still hopeful there's room for negotiation based on areas of genuine need (surely not all courses are of equal value).
