Trouble is, because this is a black box, it is impossible to ascertain the quality of the result, so one has to take the result at face value, i.e., its very much a trust-management exercise.
For the market to ever take CGF's results seriously and to conclude that they corner has truly been turned (i.e., for the P/E multiple to re-rate meaningfully above the usual 10x-12x), what will be required is for the company to string together 4 or 5 successive results like today's.
Because in the past they've also delivered results that prima facie look good, like today's, but which are then followed by poor results.
