Dear oh dear, interest rates rise and they look on like bunnies in the headlights .. normalised profit ONLY down by 28%, which was alleviated by hedges AND they need to pay bonuses in this light???
what about MANAGING the situation and doing something about it ?????
sold out long ago and look every now and again to see if there are any signs of competence on board or executive.
they should add a healthy warning to their name that they have been in a downtrend for 10 plus years and nothings changed.
stay away !
