Pilbarapython, OZL imo are not in a position of bargaining strength where OZL can tell the banks what OZL will choose to sell and not choose to sell.
OZL is the debtor with refinancing issues, not the lender.
So potential buyers of any OZL asset will also know that OZL is a forced seller, so they will also expect to pay a firesale price which is what forced sellers usually end up having to take imo.
Not nice, but such is life.
