Damn, my long post in progress got lost.
Fees on raisings got charged only in this HY.
Secured up, Stage 3 impairments down.
Change in facilities used, but I don't know if that's good or bad. I don't know the IRs.
- Borrowings down, but Corporate Facility was allowed to accumulate some interest. $50.3m -> $51.4m.
- But regular (cheaper?) funding facilities were reduced instead. I guess they were forced?
- Undrawn facilities down. More strict funders?
- AutoPay facility is down. Question for the call - 'Why is AutoPay facility down?'
- AutoPay Trust now has 0 undrawn. This accounts for quite a lot of the fall in Undrawn balances. 'Optimises funding costs' which sounds good, but I can't tell if the rest is good or bad.
- 1.5 years until $51m corporate facility comes due.
