BUB's IF products are mostly A2-only (both the goat formula and the cow's milk Bub Supreme).
BUB Supreme is in fact a direct rip off of A2 Platinum. When A2's ditched its largest corporate daigou, 'A2' Andy Zhang, BUB created this product exclusively for him to replace A2 Platinum with and take some of A2's business.
It proved to be an unmitigated disaster that has pretty much bankrupted BUB, tanked it's China business, and led to multiple lawsuits with Andy Zhang's various daigou business over who is stuck with the inventory or write off costs.
Unfortunately, other than the manufacturing asset in its Melbourne factory, there's not much worth taking over BUB for. The brand is trashed China. They are doing alright in USA but it burning more cash than they are bringing in sales. Once I would've seen logic in a TO (due to both companies having A2 products) but not anymore.
