My only issue with that is they've been holding it for 'growth opportunities' for years now. There needs to be greater transparency about what exactly they need it for. There is a guaranteed $150M+ more being banked every year.
I don't really see much excuse for not running a buyback of that size annually at this point, given where the SP is at, it seems like the best value for shareholders.
