Well, I guess shorting has a place I don't do it directly but I know one of the managers I use is shorting nickel. The whole thing sends price signals to the miners. I think the benefits of exploration and the time frame required, is less well understood though.
If you want to throw, in the go woke...cliche. I will come up with the (in mining) best cure for low price is low price.

I'm cool with the whole thing, was pleasantly surprised when IGO went up several hundred % more than I expected. Can hardly be dirty when it goes down from the previous overshoot. I've got a few others like in Cu. I think many underestimate the need for exploration too.

I just want management to behave maturely.
