The "lost" $5.6m is largely just due to non-operating legal costs which were $10m, this is substantially decrease.
Excluding legal costs and company is cashflow positive so no need to complete a capital raise unless they were looking to buy another company which they could offer script.
I would suggest the company would first go into debt before doing a capital raise.
