I don’t think there is a timeline. DCF is a method used to determine current fair value. I think they are saying that a share price of $2.90 is a fair price RIGHT NOW. That the market is unwilling to value the share at $2.90 is (IMO) entirely due to the reluctance of investors to put their money at risk of blatant manipulation by organized and unscrupulous short sellers.
