Well it seems that in 2 weeks the bottom was in, stagnation for a bit, reversal to be confirimed and now train leaving the station!
Interesting on Friday late arvo on the charts it seemed a smaller player tried to affect the TA by shorting late, then again the same Monday morning on open. Both attempts failed and the charts are back on track and on par. That shorter may regret it at those lows in a matter of days. On the topic of shorters there's around 9 million out there of which I believe the most are possibly now below 4.30 or so all the way down to the low. Once we break out shorters will need to crawl over each other to cover, watch for those holder updates, haha! (I aren't sure what each ones cover % requirement is but it will be hit IMO soon).
Right now we have the FA side regarding company 1h half this 20th this month which I expect they will use to respond in terms of what they are doing etc but in essence I think they will take the opportunity to respond to the savage short and downsell to try to instill confidence back into the insto's and retail buyers. Lets be aware on this point. They would know before they did the mid update it wouldn't be taken well, and they've had a long time to prepare a salvage plan or some sort of update on the future growths value. The company has this opportunity to come now and respond and good management will do that as they intend to in the proper format They haven't knee jerked or panicked at all which is confidence. I think a good well managed company like this will have a bit up their sleave. My opinion only!
Now on to the charts, well not a lot to be said really, all signals head north. The main point is the bollinger squeze has kicked in, depending on signal that can go both ways hard and fast when happens but in this instance it looks like a return to true value. I might post a 3 months and a 5 day.
Three monthly looks great, same for 6,9,12.
But maybe people are a little more wanting to see the next few weeks. A shame as I think owning this stock patiently really will pay off well.
I really like the 5 day below as shows the more stock available the higher the sp rises, so in a way liquidity\shorts helps as well. We are really on the edge tonight where the market will choice breakout up, sideways or down. I feel personally up is the only way based on the signals, but down is possible due to FA, global market situations etc. Shares dont live in a bubble. However, very very positive signs right now. I think value wise (FA company analysis I ran) WEBs about $5.80 on paper on their financials (after the markdown) at present. I'm happy to discuss that with anyone putting a real term value on based on FA, though that's not factoring in increasing TTV we don't know yet. Either way, Looks nice!
WEB looks great, hopefully all comes to fruition soon and true value returns.
