A2m has always been a fantastic company with solid business model and sound fundamentals.
Covid decimated the share price as without cargo ships and aeroplanes to distribute products the market oversold A2m.
The only poor decisions I feel the board have made were 1. Giving Jane shares which she sold instead of cash A2m could have easily afforded. That rattled the market, director selling often does. 2. Not declaring a dividend sooner. The buyback was unnecessary as A2m did not have an excessive amount of shares on issue.
