If by the end of next week we find that the three current contenders are still in the picture then, IMHO, $5 is but the first nudge or opening gambit in the wrestle that will unfold. If the three are prepared to make initial offers at $ 4.60 then, in my opinion, an extra 40 cents per share is neither here nor there. Then the fun really begins I would suggest. I may be wrong, but I would think that if all three are satisfied with what they have had a look at, then $ 4.60 is but the first rung on the ladder. It is a case of who is prepared to climb all the way to the top.
