2 well researched bidders.
1 FOMO bidder. Brookfield.
Brookfield will likely bid $4.60 as a start. Match exceed Bain and CC.
Brookfield may or may not outbid Bain and CC at the end depending on their FOMO.
But we really need to understand that IFL is strategic no. 1/2 in private superannuation industry. The other is AMP. IFL is less complicated than AMP as well.
