    So it seems like Angus McKay, the new CEO is a no nonsense guy, has a clear plan and focused on executing it. So I think he has been a good hire.


    Plan seems to be fixing a lot of the underinvestment and bad decisions of the past.


    Lots of cost cutting, realigning, merging, closing down, and investment in IT/Processes. This is what I call all the non-sexy work. Anyone can go buy businesses (the sexy work). But to have an efficient and profitable business….it is the non-sexy work.


    There is no silver bullet for Bapcor, but they seem to be on the right track. Just need a management team that is going to stick with them…and keep executing the turn around plan.


    I hope they let Angus pick his own CFO, maybe a young guy/girl who is willing to grow with Bapcor and this new plan.
