Multiple insto's want to accumulate and not enough shares on market. I'm sure they are begging Brett for a block of non-voting shares just to get more money in, one of the reasons he is pursuing a US listing. I'm not 100% but I hear ASX does not offer such a structure?
Believe it or not last I heard on video from Brett (around the $8-9 mark) he still felt KPG was grossly undervalued and that a US listing would help it achieve a fairer valuation.
Same thing happened with he floated on ASX, all of a sudden his acquisition targets took him a lot more seriously.
Still diamond handed here but I might seek some tax advice on moving to a US listing within an SMSF... guess who my accountants are...
