A bit disappointing in my view. Conditions seem to have been/are good for these guys. Was hoping NPAT would be getting towards $16m+, .. looking like $12m forecast for FY21. ROE of 7.6% highlights their lazy balance sheet. They could pay a special dividend of $1 and still have plenty pf ca$h in the bank for when things get rocky. Why don't they? Don't get me wrong, I like this company and have been in and out over a long period, ... just think they could be a bit bolder in their outlook.
