    Forgot to add that they are currently selling at 3.5 times EBITDA. These types of business typically sell for 6 to 8 times and if they can demonstrate strong growth can go for 10 to 12 times. So at a minimum they should be selling to around 80 cents to $1.00. Lot of upside to go.
