Th earnings forecast is 40M NPAT. Look at their historical earnings and their historical market capitalisation.
Decide for yourself how much NPAT you think they can sustain over the cycle and use that to estimate a reasonable market capitalisation for yourself. The current market capitalisation is about 360M. Depending on your estimate of what the market capitalisation should be thats your answer on whether they are under or over valued.
If you want to get super clever go through the balance sheet and estimate the net cash balance and take that into account.
