I think the Manilla office plays a part also in reducing the cost of and providing access to human resource. I recall in a previous results call them saying they are now employing 250 people in that location.
They have built it up over a reasonable period of time (10 years +) so it wouldn't surprise me if its providing a broader skill set and actually leading to a type of competitive advantage. I tend to feel it was a strategic move that is now really paying off.
