I'm in your boat, I interpreted it as a buy signal, and bought at the low, despite the commentary in the report on the increased cost of business. IMO that is offset by the vast scale of diversified business they are building in 'boring' and defensive businesses, that have the potential for safe long-term benefits.
Comfortable with the performance at present.
Anecdotally, I have heard increasing pub talk around the lower cost (capital outlay, fuel, parking, insurances, enviro impact and growing enviro awareness, traffic woes and waste of time, declining roads quality) and simplicity of using transport services instead of one's own motor, certainly in the cities. There are two people in my small office who (could, but) don't own cars. If this trend continues businesses such as KSL will benefit.
