I use the market screener tools within Trading View and Interactive Brokers (Trader Workstation). To be honest I probably only scratch the surface of what they can do. A heap of criteria to select from. You can just select criteria and build a screen on the fly or save your favourite screen to easily run regularly
The criteria you use would depend on what you are looking for I guess. I was just running a very basic size (MC/EV), PE ratio and technical "Strong Buy" screen in Trading View. Just looking for smaller companies with a reasonable PE ratio and positive technicals
