KTV you are being a bit wreckless with your comments and particularly with the last one in light of a TNR webinar I recently viewed where participants discussed a particular down ramper was being followed up by management with legal action and had contacted HC. The leader of that show is a lawyer. I can't imagine HC wanting to be involved in legal action so they may exercise their own sanction.
You may not be aware that an alias is legal in Australia so a pseudonym offers no protection if that person causes loss to a company by defamation. The Commonwealth has also introduced measures to combat trolling so there is a criminal aspect that is important not to cross the line with. If you have genuine issues the proper course of action is to take the information you suggest you have to the authorities otherwise in this day and age silly comments can put you at risk. Just sayin.
